William Drenttel New York is a imprint, founded in 1992, specializing in fine and trade editions of literary works, criticism, and books on design. Books published include short stories by Paul Auster and James Salter, a bibliography of Paul Auster, a collection of short stories by Austrian writer Thomas Bernhard, cultural criticism by André Brink and Leon Wieseltier, essays on design by Jessica Helfand, and poems by Paul Celan.
